Starting early is the key to boost kiddos brain health, including things like protein, zinc, iron, choline, folate, iodine, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and omega-3 fatty acids .
The beneficials food is berries, plum, potatoes, and fish.
Berries have a lot of vitamin C, and nutrient with immune system wich mean, it plays a crutial role to our DNA and Cell.
Plum is a good fruit for brain because, when our brains rest and repair themselves.
Potatoes, it has assensials vitamin to boost brain.
Fish omega-3 fat known as DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) is extremely important for building nerve cells.
